OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD

Use a MEDIUM SIZE shoe box.

Cover the box with and the lid SEPARATELY in Christmas wrapping paper. Do not seal the box.

Collect a leaflet from Mrs Vaughan.

Fill the shoe box with NEW gifts for a BOY or a GIRL of a specific age catergory.
-
Do not wrap individual items.
-
Please enclose £2 in an envelope and place it in a visible place inside the box. Ask parents to fill in the gift aid section if possible.

Secure lid with elastic band.

BOXES MUST BE HANDED IN BY FRIDAY NOVEMBER 2ND, (Only 1 week after half-term.
Gifts may include the following:

Cuddly Toys
-
A toothbrush+toothpaste. Soap and flannel.

Notepads, colouring books, picture books.
-
Pencils, crayons or felt pens.
-
Hat, cap, scarf or gloves,
-
A small ball.
-
A small puzzle.
-
Toy cars.
-
Jewellery
-
MAke-up or hair accessories.
-
A greetings card.
-
Sweets, (Must be within sell-by date).
Please do NOT include any of the following:

Chocolate
-
Edible items except for sweets, (Within sell-by date).

Toy Guns etc.
-
Clothing, (Except for hat, cap, gloves or scarf).

Glass
-
Liquids, e.g. bubble bath etc.
-
Sharp objects
-
Books with words
Anything of political, racial or religious nature.
